		<description>I disagree - I've tried all this stuff and i think EQO's got it down. Rebtel has weird call ball stuff and new numbers to deal with, and the other one listed rates are way more expensive. i'm pretty pleased with EQO so far.</description>

		<description>I prefer RebTel. It uses VoIP by setting up a local number on each end. www.rebtel.com.  I can use my phone as it was meant to be used.

The only challenge is that you have to add the numbers you want to call so a local number can be setup.  If the person you are calling hangs up and calls back your local number, the call is free.  UK to US calls are .01 GBP per minue.</description>
