What does "brought carriers topped" mean? I think it's a typo, but I'm not sure what it's supposed to say. What does "The provided trafficked an excess of 17 billion messages" mean? What provider? Verisign? Or the major carriers? What percentage of all messages are going through Verisign's infrastructure? Is this a representation of just one company's activity or the industry?
