by Peter Suciu on August 9, 2007

visto1.jpgVisto Corporation and PTS Consulting have announced a partnership to deliver Visto Mobile to help Japanese mobile professionals stay connected. This follows the announcement by Visto’s announcement that it would offer similar services in China.

“We are pleased to be partnering with Visto to offer a corporate wireless email solution that meets the unique needs of the Japanese market,” said Kenshou Kojima, Chairman of PTS Consulting Japan. “We are confident that the Visto Mobile service will provide a strategic solution to our clients that is both secure and affordable.”

The first customer of this strategic partnership is Universal Music Group. The world’s largest music company has selected the Visto-powered service to help maximize efficiencies to its mobile workforce across Japan. Visto and PTS will offer a flat-rate, network neutral push e-mail service for its customers, including Universal Music Group. Additionally PTS will work closely with other Visto partners, including SOFTBANK Mobile, HTC and Nokia to further accelerate the adoption of push mobile e-mail in Japan.
