		<description>They are also dumb.  If they don&#039;t want to be tracked by NATO via their phones, they can just turn the phones off.  If they bomb the towers, they also won&#039;t have cell phone service when they want it.

I understand the intimidation message that they are sending, but they can intimidate the population by bombing the towers whenever they want.  Destroying infrastructure that they also use makes no sense.</description>
