I've had the Helio Ocean for a while now and I love it! I got a rubberized case for it so I was able to keep it in good shape. I had a little trouble finding one, but I also finally found a screen protector. If truth be know, I'd bet a lot of money on the people that do this: "oh my gosh, I had to replace it a bazillion times and the customer service sucks.... ehhhh, *more whining*" weren't taking very good care of the phone. Their service is amazing. I used to have a Blackjack and it didn't get very good service because of the slightly less powerful device and so I switched to a cheaper slider. But, since Helio uses CDMA (same as Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, and Alltel) I'm able to get service almost anywhere. Even up to the ski resort where nobody but those named services work! =D I can't say I have anything bad to say about the company. The service is great, the phones are great, and the plans are simple, afforable, & taylored to whatever I need! How could you have anything bad to say about this company? I find it hard to believe that anything bad comes from a company that got over 70,000 subscribers within the first 2 years of being in business. Hmmm... might think that if they were as terrible as some of you say... a lot more people might know about it. But, that's just my observation. Definately worth switching over from anybody you're currently with. =D

I have had the Helio Ocean for over a year and a half, and other than being a very delicate phone, had it replaced 3 times already with the insurance, it is fantastic. The keyboard is easy to use and the service has been awesome. I don't see very much of a difference, the delicate part is the dual slider, when it drops and the open at the same time, not good.

Since it will be running on the Sprint network, I'd love to be able to run it on my current Sprint service. Sadly, that is very unlikely to come to pass. :o(

The phone looks ok, i have never been a fan of their products. The one good quality if you just need a phone is its small size
