Sprint seems to be supporting the hell out of this phone. It's nice to see that people who shelled out for this thing haven't been ignored. Usually you drop a pretty penny on these high end feature phones, and the software you have when you buy the thing is the same as when it hits the trash can. Instinct owners must be thrilled.
