		<description>I would have to agree that the phone is NOT ugly but my girlfried just got one and immediately of note is that the back cover doesn&#039;t release as instructed.  I&#039;ve had many cell phones and this is a no brainer but for what ever reason the back cover will not come off without damaging the phone????  Taking to a local dealer to see what&#039;s the deal?</description>
