		<description>Didn&#039;t work for me :-(
I have ROOT but not a Developer phone.  Should having ROOT enable this to work? Because it hasn&#039;t worked for me?  Or do we need a Java programming environment installed like Eclipse?

The DDMS just doesn&#039;t list my device at all.  Have gone through all instructions over and over.
