Unfortunately the iPhone does not allow access to the camera unless it is jailbroken.

This app is on the right track in terms of moving business into the mobile realm, however they are far behind mobile applications currently in free beta like iVisit, who allows live video conference using mobile devices with up to 8 users at the same time, as well as GPS Location Based Services, and push to talk or text.

Check out what they've done here: http://www.iVisit.com

The key in the market is cross platform, cross carrier ability for any chance of mass adoption.

Everything is nice about the iPhone, the only important thing missing is the "frontal camera". Only if iPhone had that...it would have been perfect device for a web chat/ web conference.
