If you unlock G1 and take it to AT&T network, does the all functionality remains , as in TMobile network ?

Does the phone lose functionality if it’s moved from TMO network to AT&T network ?

I really doubt that paid ringtones, let alone images (that you can find free on google), will sell at all. There are applications in android market that allow users to upload and share their ringtones for free.

AndSpot’s Android marketplace seems to be doing this. I hear they will be enabling sharing of ringtones, wallpapers and Android Apps between Android peers – wonder how they will get around the copyright issue – Sounds like a Napster for Android play to me :)

Ringtones and wallpaper are a joke. It amazes me that people pay for that stuff. If you want it you can easily make it yourself.

The first screen shots I ever got of the Android marketplace had a Ringtone editor app? Why did that mysteriously dissapear?
