Nobody carries around portable radios, and yet radio stations still broadcast royalty free, while webcasters pay fees that leave them nearly profitless. When this technology takes off the recording industry will have an even nastier situation on their hands than they do now. Hopefully they use their brains and figure out how to use mobile internet radio to actually sell records/mp3s.
