The BB Storm certainly isn't a iPhone killer but it's hell of a lot better then most American phones, if not the best Verizon phone hands down. I have one, and four of my friends have one. All the complaints I've seen on that phone have been from people user older firmwares and only using the phone for a few minutes. Yeah, I guess I could kind of see why they wouldn't like it.
