LogMeIn comes out with the coolest applications, but for practical remote access it;s just waaay too overpriced. I use a service called Techinline (http://www.techinline.com which is an easier to use remote access service, which is a fraction of what I used to pay for LMI Rescue, although that was by far the most advanced tool.
