The iPhone truly wrecked the UK phone market by chaining it to the O2 network, and now no network worth it's salt doesn't offer an exclusive handset.

This means that once a year I switch providers due to the picky nature of my phone buying. I want THAT one. T-Mobile had really good customer service and Orange (who I am with now) has great handsets, so my preference would be those two.
