(this is the best way to show a company you are not happy with theyre service - imo) - my wife has a smart phone with verizon but not the data package. We get nicked and dimed every month $1-$4 according to verizon for data usage when nothing ever gets launched or used (especially in such low quantities) I could understand Mb of data or several minutes of usage. according to verizon to fix this issue - dont get a smartphone. we have been verizon customers for 5+ years and can say area coverage is great but everything else is poor -> phones, service and billing. verizon is lame, iam switching to sprint.
