Tip #1: If you’re going to be a huge wanker and rob a retail store, don’t rob an Apple store. You know those little fancy handsets they carry around? Thats so they can avoid doing much with cash.
Tip #2: Don’t friggin’ steal stuff or shoot people, unlike this guy at the Arlington, Virginia Apple Store.

One female victim was shot in the shoulder before the suspect fled the scene. Here’s to a speedy recovery, Apple Store lady.

  • That girl skipped the guy(shooter) in line.
He got pissed & shot her.

  • Maybe the Apple store person did something? A random shooting seems unlikely, unless the person just felt like shooting someone. Still…bad thing to do.

  • I was today at Tyson’s Apple store (VA) that is inside a big mall. Was the first time, as I remember, that I saw an armed security guy inside the store. Can be related to the Arlington event, but maybe a coincidence. He was using an iGun, (sorry I was unable to resist). Good to know everyone was safe at Arlington store, that I was also last week when I bought my 13″ MacBook Pro.

  • I wonder if Steve Jobs called her to see if she was okay. I have heard of him doing such things before.

Like in, I think 2003, when a kid got shot by a gang in NYC just for his iPod. He called and was very concerned about the boys well being. Even going so far as to give the kid his number, saying if you need anything, just call. He can be a very compassionate man, you know!
