		<description>This will be a welcome development.As a resident of Japan for quite some time,one wonders whether these sophisticated phones end up as landfills.Good mobile phones expire barely three months here,taken over by new ones.You cannot use them overseas,they are good as useless.The only way to redress these wastes is through the overseas sales so that they work effectively and compete favourably with the big guns like Nokia etc.</description>
