just by the way. there is no spyware on kazaa.com but it takes so much effort to get that message out.

It was my fault I wrote the Press Release. I work in the IT department with the developers of the new subscription service. There is an approved media player being released. I helped work on it. I got excited and being a bit eccentric thought the quote was funny. So sorry I did not mean to make any one get off sides. Not many people really have a clue what happened to Kazaa or what it would have been like to live through the transformation of the company over the last six years. I will make sure to get any future attempt at press releases signed off by company representatives.

I was just about to say that with Amazon and YouTube already on the Pre it doesn’t make sense that there is room for more players.

Now if Sling wants to introduce a Slingplayer app – that’s a completely different story.

The Kazaa that people liked is long dead.. this is just a digital store trying to sell you drm’ed content making use of the kazaa name.
Just say no. If you want free content. Use emlue, limewire, torrents.
If you want pay content Use itunes, netflix, amazon.com.
Give a pass to these junk site’s let them fade in to oblivion.
