Palm releases webOS 1.1.0 updated, fixes iTunes syncing

Take that, Apple. Palm just dropped webOS 1.1.0 and it fixes what you broke with iTunes 8.2.1. Is this how it’s going to go down from here on out?

Gotta love this situation.

Honestly, I don’t give a rat’s ass about Pre iTunes sync, but the fact that Palm keeps giving Apple the finger is gold.

I love this. i think it’s great that Palm is not backing down from apple and is continuing their fight with Apple. I wonder how much longer before iTunes decides to release a new patch soon. http://ziggytek.com/

I forsee a cat-vs-mouse type situation here, just like with the PSP a few years ago, Sony releasin a very minor firmware update every other week or so with the only ability being “security updates” and the update being broken for months until the consumer got tired of constantly updating.

Oh, and one more thing: Palm webOS 1.1 re-enables Palm media sync. That’s right — you once again can have seamless access to your music, photos and videos from the current version of iTunes (8.2.1).

“Oh, and one more thing”? Sounds like what they’re really saying is, “In yo’ FACE, Steve Jobs!”

Palm got served, now Palm serves back. That can mean only one thing: IT’S ON! :-)
