Will Apple release an 8GB iPhone 3GS? If we’re to believe this photo, sent to BGR from an operative deep inside Canada’s Rogers, then yes. Yes it will.
Word on the street is that Apple will want $99 for the little guy, the same it wants for the old school 8GB iPhone 3G. Maybe Apple is waiting to deplete supplies of the 3G?

Ooh…that would be nice…might make me consider an iPhone at one point (once AT&T loses its exclusivity).
If you’re going to have the same phone for 2 years, suck it up and get the 16 GB for $200. In fact, I would recommend the 32 GB right away, since it’s both more useful and will have higher resale value.
We’re talking about the difference over 2 years of $4/mo or $12/mo from the 8GB to the 32 GB.
Apple should really make an iPhone 3GS 8GB. It would be great if it can stay at $99 but I really doubt that will happen.
No harm in having the option. They arent cheap as it is.
