Lets say you hate the iPhone. Maybe its because the plans are too damned expensive. Maybe it’s because it’s because Apple’s app approval process is twelve kinds of terrible. Maybe it’s because it’s taken over all of your favorite gadget blogs for the past 3 years.
Whatever reason you have for disliking Cupertino’s little flamewar generator, you don’t hate it as much as this guy.
Like others, he decided he was done with the iphone. Unlike others, however, he didn’t just cram it into a sock drawer and forget about it. He crammed it between a couple of logs, then shot it with a 9mm.
Oh, and then he burned it. You know, just in case anyone wanted to try and use it after two bullets had passed through the screen, innards, and back casing.
I don’t know how you resisted putting “Iphone Killer” in the title.

Seeing that the first bullet did not make it through the phone Apple should advertise the iPhone as life saver. Oh, and on 3:56 the melting screen looks like a face. Creepy.

The first bullet clearly made it all the way through. Notice the hole in the log behind it. Its unfortunate that this redneck did what he did when there are many places to donate unwanted phones for abused people. This is why many people fight for the right to bear arms. Being frustrated is one thing but grow up!
Amazing!! I really hope Apple see’s this and realizes that soooooo many people feel the same way.

I did the same thing to my Mac SE about 18 years ago and went to the dark side with Windows 3.1. I am now back, but I still hates Apple’s way. It will probably make me go back to Windows again soon.

The only thing that would have been better than this is if the mythbuster guys did something to the iphone like this. Perhaps they can do a piece on how there are really only a handful of useful apps for the iphone and 10s of 1,000s of useless junk like fart apps LOL. I looked at a listing of several 1,000 iphone apps and not a single one of them free or paid did I go hey I need or want that app. Not to mention some of them there were like dozens that did the same exact thing like what is the point of having 50 different body mass index apps???
I love electronics in general too much to destroy them like this guy did. I might have just put it on eBay or something. I wonder if it was an Apple store that might have pissed him off or an AT&T store. BTW… I wonder what kind of camera he was using? The quality was outstanding!

Yes, there are probably one or two people that genuinely DO feel this way, but these kinda of situations are always 99.9999%, never 100%.
Face it, your precious is NOT perfect, it has a lot of problems, as does the way the company behind it is treating it with 1984-like tactics, and there ARE people who will not stand for it, and don’t give a damn about the stupid little phone as much as you covet it. It is not some magic phone that makes it impossible to dislike and anybody disliking it is faking a video, will want another soon, or is an idiot.
