Maybe if your going to type a really long email or if you write up word documents on your phone, then this could be useful. For the most part i see this as being more annoying then anything. Is actually funny to find this accessory under iPhone app reviews

Before iPhone v1, I had the laser keyboard with my Samsung Blackjack. marginally functional… Blackberries are a great email engine, but the iPhone (now a 3GS) serve as “brains in a box”… But the on-screen does not hold up to a keyboard @ 80wpm… If they want the corporate world: give me a BT keyboard — a real one that allows SPEED for email… IMHO

I hate to say it, but this device might be useful for me when typing long emails on my iphone. I have tourette syndrome so even the landscape keyboard proves to be difficult if I have to respond immediately to a group with no laptop access.

The price tag isn’t worth it to me though. Maybe if it was $10 or less.
