Retail stores are finally getting in their Storm 2 dummy phones but those won’t do you any good if you actually wanna use the phone’s software. VZW has you covered though with a just-posted BlackBerry Storm 2 emulator that lets you click your way through the OS.
I doubt you’ll find anything new or unannounced buried, but have at it. You know you wanna. It’s Friday and you’re probably just looking for something to do. Well, friend, I guarantee this will kill three and a half minutes and you might learn something about the BlackBerry Storm 2. Bonus!
[thanks for the tip, Bill!]

Interesting little app. I was surprised, though, It didn’t have sound and didn’t seem to really show to much that a regular picture would show. However, it seems like this sort of gimmick marketing could become very popular with the carriers. I’ll bet AT&T will put up a much more feature rich emulator.
In fact, someone might decide to put up an emulator that will actually make calls!
Maybe I’m being slow today, but is there a link to the emulator in this post? I checked the verizonwireless.com site and it doesn’t seem to be jumping out at me there, either.
chuck, i am with you, i cant find it.
You’re both right.
Seriously, no link?

Sorry about the crappy link. It wouldn’t let me post otherwise. Just copy/fix/paste.
i must be doing something wrong after placing the correct dots it takes me to the vzw site but it says the link is not working..
