It looks like Virgin finally put the last nail in coffin by removing the Pantech Ocean and the Samsung Mysto off of the website after removing the Pantech Ocean 2 last year. I can't find the Ocean and/or the Mysto anywhere on the Virgin site now. I'm still holding on to my Ocean 2, as buggy as it is, because I still love the Ultimate Inbox. I haven't seen any phone manufacturer come up with anything to match it. The Palm Pre comes close with some Facebook and messaging notifications but noone's been able to integrate it into a single messaging screen like Helio did. I'm keeping my Helio Ocean 2 for as loooong as possible just for the Ultimate Inbox and my ex-employee all-in plan. If anyone can copy the Ultimate Inbox and Twitter and Facebook to it, I'm yours!

Helio, without doubt had the worst customer service I've EVER had the displeasure to deal with.

Getting refunds for charges I NEVER made took a letter to the FCC and threats to write my congressman.

I too used to look fondly at the Helio building on Wilshire...as I gave it the finger.

Good riddance!

How sad! I remember when I first signed up for Helio! I got a certificate for being one of the first people (231 to be exact)

I loved them they were above and beyond what anyone had. I also worked in the Helio building in LA and would have lunch with some of the team.

Then VM came along and I left!

So sad to see them go away!

Ha. Anyone remember this site? http://compare.helio.com/

Glad I got rid of it and got an iPhone.
