Just called VZW. At first the technician said everything was fixed, but he double-checked and confirmed that it's not. No ETA. He said they probably needed to "swap out a card". Sounds like the FAA. I called 611 and was on the phone for 20minutes then they passed me over to tech support which informed me of the alert. Mobileweb is not working on my phone due to this issue. Signal lock is on just no network, probably related to server reroute and reboots.
