Oh, HTC Incredible, you just can’t stay off the Internet, can you? We’ve seen you in not one, but two series of spy shots, we’ve seen you leak out in alternative color schemes — hell, we’ve even spotted you roaming around Verizon’s inventory system. We sure are seeing a lot of you — and you know what? We don’t mind one bit.
According to the latest leak, we should be seeing a lot more of the HTC Incredible — as in, in the hands of the general public — within two weeks.
The word comes from DailyTech, who mentions nearly in passing that they’ve “confirmed that the HTC Incredible was supposed to begin to arrive at Verizon Wireless stores in two weeks”. It’s a fitting time, really; CTIA is just next week, so this could be Verizon going all-in on the blind to counter whatever the other carriers might have cooking up.
To recap, the Incredible is allegedly packing a 1 Ghz Snapdragon chip (clocked down to 768Mhz for the sake of battery life), an 8 megapixel , and 512 MB of RAM. HTC’s getting a bit experimental with this one, moving away from their generally flat and smooth surfaces to a hard-lined, blocky design on the battery cover. What say you, lovely reader?

I hope the Apple fanboys are watching, here is another phone that is better that iPhone, on a service that is better than att.
This is not about an iPhone killer again… gee, your kind always appears out from nowhere.
It’s running with a Snapdragon CPU (and is described as “fast, really fast”) with 256MB of RAM, and has a 3.5-3.7″ WVGA screen.
HTC Incredible Impressions to Concepts
What he is trying to say is that this product is better than iPhone. An avg person don’t compare product based on processors and RAM.
I have iPhone and I have used HTC desire. Desire, is a really good phone and better than the iPhone.
I hope mobile crunch will do a comparison between the Nexus one and Incredible just to clear up any differences
Sense UI, 8 MP camera, FM tuner, underclocked processor and optical trackpad.
Is it concrete fact that the nexus one for Verizon will have a track ball and not an optical pad?
how big is the display sup to be?
3.7″
what’s the big deal with sense UI? i’m pretty sure i’m getting this or the N1 when they hit Verizon.
Will the Incredable properly sync with outlook exchange small business server 2003?
All the other droids would not sync unless a 3rd party software was purchased
Things keep moving so fast that prospective buyers, like myself, are waiting, rather than buying. As the various Android phones keep coming to market, I find myself waiting to see what’s the next version. Two years is a long time to live with buyers remorse.
you dont have to wait 2 years… just 12 months and then you can upgrade @ the 2 year price if you sign another contract.
@ Andre, I with ya man, been waiting for this Incredible or the Nexus for about 4 months….still holding onto my xv6800 until they come through, btw Sense UI is the shizzle
i just hope that the incredible doesnt have the same multi-touch problems that the N1 has…
First I wait for a more ‘developed” Android phone, then have to wait until all the early adopters wring out the bugs, and by that time something else shows up on the tech horizon. You think that’s why I’m still using my Moto E815?
Anyone know the cost?
Looks like a nice phone, but I am floundering on what to buy. I have Verizon now and am not very happy, maybe their 3g is better. Dont really want the Moto phone, might buy the new Sony Xperia X10, but its not available yet and only to ATT. Only thing is the mem is only 256 :(. Dont really like the N1.
Must haves:
1GHz
512 MB ram
8 megaPix
im psyched
